Alternative Vision To Raptors Success
Because of the importance of shooting in NBA today, I see a potential alternative vision to success for Raptors in the short-term, with Ingram All-Star at 26 PPG, Quickley All-Star at 23 PPG, Dick at 16 PPG, Barnes All-Defense at 16 PPG and 9+ APG, passing to great shooters.
Consider Frauds Might Blame Frauds
Steve Ballmer focusing on the company he invested in and Kawhi received money from being fraudulent seems like a big misstep. When a billionaire invests big money in a company I'm not thinking "poor guy was scammed", I'm thinking he was part of fraud and so it appears much worse.
MacBook Air 12.9" Guess
I wonder if the rumor about a MacBook with a new 12.9" screen size might actually be a new M-Series or M5 MacBook Air size and design, with the rumored budget A-Series MacBook being a separate device coming another time in either the current 13.6" design or former 13.3" design.

Budget A-Series MacBook Design
I would guess that the most likely scenario is the M-Series MacBook gets a redesign first, possibly as a 12.X" device with M5, and then the budget A-Series MacBook gets the "old" 13.6" design. Second most likely is just a budget 13.3", but that design is quite old and colorless.
Alternative Apple M5 Rumor Guesses
- M5 will be built on 2nm GAAFET
- M5 uses hybrid bonding chiplets so CPU is 2nm
- M5 MacBooks come out in late 2025
- M5 MacBook Air is Mini-LED, maybe new size/design

Then Play Flagg At Center
If the Raptors end up getting Cooper Flagg in the NBA draft and keep Poeltl, then I think they should move Poeltl to the bench and start Flagg or Barnes at center, with the goal of getting more shooting into both the starting lineup and the bench.

Organize Music Into 2-4-6 Singles
I organized my entire music library so that every album now has either 2, 4, 6, or 8 singles or picks in it. Believe it or not, I don't think I have OCD, but it was incredibly rewarding and worthwhile nonetheless.

I've been watching and impressed with so many great new movies lately, that I sincerely enjoyed and heartily recommend. Challengers, Hit Man, Problemista, Suncoast, The Fall Guy, The League, LaRoy Texas (Violence), and Late Night With The Devil (Horror) are all excellent movies!
Could Apple Use Ultra Brand For products?
I wonder if Apple will have a higher tier brand called Ultra in more products, similar to Apple Watch and Apple Silicon. Maybe they would therefore have a Mac Ultra as their highest end desktop for instance.
Could 2023 iPhone Be Released In June?
I wonder if the 2023 iPhone release may even be around June instead of September, because ARM unconventionally missed its tick-tock cycle with 3 iterations of 5nm chips. The first 3nm chips for iPhone, based on ARMv9, may be ready to release earlier than normal.

iTunes Festival Concerts
My award for best iTunes Festival concert that I watched goes to Mumford & Sons. I have watched them 3 times so far. Sorry Jack White, you were brilliantly awesome and I especially liked the all female band but you have to settle for runner up. P!nk gets 3rd for her honest performance where she talked after every song and didn’t care if she messed up lyrics. Loved how she acknowledges everyone in her band and all of her fans. And I wouldn’t be surprised if some women would buy an Apple TV just to watch the Usher concert.
Great Female Rock Singers
Listening to the new Metric album this weekend I started thinking about some of my favorite female singers of the last twenty years. The women who’s voices are so original and unmistakeable and that I liked immediately the first time I heard them in one of their great songs. Here are ten of my favorites. For rock singers and women that are mostly in bands, five of my favorites would be Emily Haines (Metric), Florence Welch (Florence and the Machine), Tegan and Sara, Doloris O’Riordan (The Cranberries), and Left Eye Lopes (TLC). And for singer songwriter and vocalist types, five of my favorites are Joss Stone, Frazey Ford, Norah Jones, Jewel, and Natalie Merchant. Those ten cover quite a few different genres and styles of music too. Any time I hear one of these voices it generally puts me in a pretty good mood.
