TextFile was an Android app that was simple, stylish, and synced offline with Dropbox, which I designed, developed, and marketed on the Google Play store. Technology Weekly was a simple sign-up website and newsletter designed for people to get a weekly email summary of tech news at the Robotlo website. Moonron is a business website created with a minimal user interface and organized design for customers to get around easily. Of course, Munro Stewart is my own professional website, designed with a simple, responsive, single-column design.

UX Process

• How I make your user experience better

First, I'll get some information from you on what your priorities are for improving the experience of your product, service, or website. I can focus on various aspects of your user experience to make it better, including but not limited to the overall user experience and enjoyment, usability and UI design, sales and customer experience, navigation and information architecture, efficiency and productivity shortcuts, and quality problems and bugs.

For instance, if you want me to improve your enterprise software or cloud software service, you might want me to focus more on improving the usability and user interface design in order to improve the efficiency for your users. Or if you want me to improve your eCommerce or consulting website, you might want me to focus more on improving the customer experience and navigation in order to improve the sales of your product or service.

After getting your input and ideas, I will analyze and use your product or service. Based on my expert analysis and design skills, I'll create a concise report with ideas and suggestions to improve the user experience. My report will include sketches, screenshots, text descriptions, and possibly some digital designs of key interfaces, images, or icons.

While I may provide some digital images you can use directly when it makes sense, I am mostly focused on getting my ideas and improvements across effectively and quickly. You will obviously still need to take these suggestions to your designers, developers, marketers, and managers who can implement these changes and create the final designs to improve the user experience of your product, service, or website.
